Roberson Mediation consist of Florida Supreme Court Certified Mediators. The areas of certification are County Civil, Family, and Circuit Civil. We are appointed by the courts to mediate cases as well. In addition to mediation cases, we receive court referrals to be guardian ad litem on foreclosure cases.

Alternative Dispute Resolution

Mediation is a highly effective tool, which can facilitate the resolution of disputes, by allowing the parties to maintain an active and ongoing narrative as they work toward an amicable solution. Unlike court litigated cases, the parties are not losing control of the outcome, which occurs when legal matters are presided over by a judge or jury.

As an unbiased professional, the mediator always maintains neutrality. Regardless of the facts, the mediator does not encourage or dissuade one side over the other in working toward an agreement. However, the mediator may use their experience to explain the realm of possibilities that a court may impose on either or both parties. A mediator has no authority to render a decision or voice an opinion in favor of either party.

County Mediation

Family Mediation

A Family Mediation can be utilized as pre-suit to divorce. In addition, to help create or modify parenting plans, time sharing plans, child support, alimony, and multi-session formats to work with parents, teens, couples.

Circuit Civil Mediation

Circuit Civil mediation is when there is a pre-suit, or suit that is $15,000 or more. Foreclosure, construction, professional athletes, entertainers, actors, business, hospital, etc can benefit from circuit civil mediation just to name a few industries.

Life Coaching

As your coach , questions will be asked, encouragement, advisement, and working with you to help you achieve your goal, and the best way to achieve it.

Conflict Resolution

Conflict Resolution is a way for two or more parties to find a peaceful solution to a disagreement among them. The disagreement may be personal, financial, political, or emotional. Roberson Mediation will provide the assistance and necessary tools to help resolve the conflict.
